WALKING & CYCLING

You'll be staying literally right on the Irvine Valley Paths Network -  along the 'Grougar Walk' with a dyke walk in one direction and the Burnbank Loch 'swan pond' in the other.

WILDLIFE SPOTTING
You never know what might happen to see while sitting on the deck. This year we've seen deer, stoat, heron, hares, owls and other birds of prey like buzzards, and quite a few newts.  We tend to see bats, frogs, toads, pheasants almost daily, as well as tiny fish in the burn.
